However, they faced a common challenge: how to provide their clients with better service in today's fast-paced world. User Research: Discovering User Needs: I kicked off the project by conducting thorough interviews and empathy mapping. My primary user group consisted of students and working professionals (ages 20-55), each with unique preferences regarding products, payment methods, and customer service. But one thing came up repeatedly: people wanted contactless ways to place orders and make reservations.
