The Problem
Due to their lack of work experience, industry connections, and job search resources, recent college graduates frequently have difficulty finding employment opportunities that match their interests and skill set.
The Goal
Build a customized job search process that connects new graduates with employment possibilities that fit their qualifications, training, and interests. To provide tools and a variety of entry-level employment possibilities to aid recent graduates in navigating the labor market, ultimately assisting them in launching their careers and achieving their professional objectives.

User Research: Summary
To better understand the requirements of job searchers, interviews and empathy mapping were conducted.
The primary user group is recent graduates with ages between 18 and 25 years who face common challenges in finding entry-level job opportunities, such as limited job availability, competing with more experienced candidates, and a lack of guidance and resources. The research has revealed that recent graduates prefer online job search methods and require assistance with the application and interview processes. Furthermore, it was discovered that recent graduates value career growth and development opportunities.

The project goal was to design a job search website with a customizable resume function.
After peer feedback, adjustments were made to the website, which resulted in a positive user response.
Personalized resumes, and options to check job details, and apply for jobs were created.

User Research: Findings
Based on several themes such as login procedure, resume creation, job application confirmation, and job description interaction, these insights provide recommendations for increasing user experience, engagement, and trust on a website.
