From Hosting Guests to Building Experiences:
My path to UX/UI design was not precisely straightforward. For several years, I excelled in the hospitality industry. There's something incredibly fulfilling about welcoming guests and creating memorable experiences in restaurants, hotels, and cafés. That experience developed in me a strong empathy for customer needs and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
